This policy explains what Go Viral Clips ("we," "us") collects when you use goviralclips.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: Support.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and name, and the login you create.
• Channel choices: your topic, channel idea, art style, narrator, captions, music, video length, posting time, and time zone.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Whop. We receive your membership status, plan, and billing dates, but never your full card number.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram, access is handled by our publishing partner. We store the account name and connection status, not your social media passwords.
• Videos and content: the scripts, images, narration, and videos we create for your channel, and their posting status.
• Usage and device data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To create, schedule, and post your videos.
• To run your account, process your plan, and send service emails such as your login link and billing notices.
• To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, and fix problems.
• To improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what each provider needs to run the service:

• Whop for payments and subscriptions.
• Clerk for sign-in and account security.
• Supabase and Vercel for data storage and hosting.
• Zernio for connecting and posting to your social accounts.
• AI and processing providers (such as OpenAI and Modal) to write scripts, create images, narrate, and render videos from your channel choices.
• Meta and Pinterest for ad measurement, as described under Cookies.
• The social platforms you connect, when we post your videos.

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to link a checkout to your browser. Our payment provider may use its own cookies during checkout. We also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and server-side conversion reporting to measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. We keep the original ad click identifiers, campaign details, and UTM tags with the private checkout record so a later confirmed purchase can be credited to the right campaign. Meta receives page-view, setup-start, checkout, and confirmed-purchase events. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings or with your browser's tracking controls.

We also use the Pinterest Tag and Pinterest's server-side Conversions API to measure our Pinterest ads. The tag sets cookies and sends Pinterest page-view, checkout, and confirmed-purchase events, along with the Pinterest ad click ID when you arrive from a Pinterest ad. For a confirmed purchase we send a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of your email, the order value, and your browser's user agent, never your card details. Pinterest uses this to show and measure ads. You can opt out of ads based on this activity in your Pinterest privacy settings (pinterest.com/settings/privacy, turn off "Use info from sites you visit"), through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info, or by blocking third-party cookies or turning on Do Not Track in your browser. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax duties, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, or delete your information, disconnect social accounts, and cancel your plan. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights, such as data portability or opting out of certain processing. Contact Support and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use encryption in transit, private storage for your videos, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login safe.

Children

Go Viral Clips is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. If changes are significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before they take effect.
