Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Go Viral Clips ("we," "us") for using goviralclips.com and its services. By buying a plan or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Go Viral Clips uses AI to write, narrate, illustrate, caption, and edit short vertical videos for your channel, and can post them to social accounts you connect. Features may change as we improve the product.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the social accounts you connect.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed in advance through Whop for the term you choose (monthly, or 3 months paid at once). The full charge and renewal interval are shown before you pay.
- Plans renew automatically at the same price and length until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or Whop account. Canceling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your content
You own the videos we create for your channel. You give us permission to create, store, process, and post that content as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for the channel ideas and topics you provide, and for making sure your use of the videos follows the law and each platform's rules, including any AI-content disclosure rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use Go Viral Clips to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes anyone's rights, or to impersonate real people. We may pause videos or suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI-generated content
Videos are made with AI and may contain errors or unexpected results. Review your content and tell us if something is wrong. We do not guarantee that any video is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, monetization, or income. Social platforms control their own algorithms, monetization programs, and policies, and may change them at any time.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as Whop, Clerk, social platforms, and AI providers. Their terms also apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their actions or outages.
Availability
We work to post on schedule, but delays can happen because of provider outages, platform limits, or maintenance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaking these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as content ownership and liability limits, continue after that.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
