We want you to be happy with Go Viral Clips. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard or your Whop account. Canceling stops your next renewal. Your plan stays active, and videos keep posting, until the end of the period you already paid for. Everything already posted stays on your accounts, and the videos stay yours.
Refunds
- Charged by mistake: if you were charged twice or charged after canceling, we refund the extra charge in full.
- Service not delivered: if we could not make or post your videos because of a problem on our side, contact us and we will refund the affected time or make it right.
- Change of mind: each video costs us real AI and processing fees the moment it is made, so once your first video has been created, payments are not refundable, including unused time on 3- and 6-month plans. If you contact us within 7 days of your first payment and no videos have been created yet, we will refund you in full.
How to ask
Contact Support from the email on your account with your channel name and the reason. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
